DOMESTIC SHIPPING

* Shipping is calculated at the checkout for all orders within Australia ~ shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the painting/s and your location.

* Please allow 2 - 3 days for packaging and processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number attached once your order has been processed and shipped.

* Shipping times can vary greatly, depending on where you live also due to the current COVID-19 climate, there may be delays with your order. If you have not received your order  after 10 days please contact me if you receive no resolution with your tracking number.

* Your order will be packaged securely and with great care however if in an unfortunate circumstance your order does arrive damaged please, contact me within 24 hours of receiving so I can follow up with our courier. You must attach pictures of the damaged item and packaging along with any other relevant information. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

* I do offer local pickup for customers on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia. Please select this option at the check out.

All orders must be collected within 10 days of purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

* Contact the store for all international shipping quotes prior to placing your order via the contact form.

*  Your order will be very carefully packed, but please note I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items once they leave my hands.

* Tracking will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by our courier.
